PLAY ESCAPE ROOM makes available to users an online booking system for escape rooms through a secure payment gateway. Room reservations shall be governed by this booking and cancellation policy.
Users may book any of our rooms on the available date and time by indicating the number of players.
Likewise, users may purchase gift vouchers, which will be valid for 120 days.
The reservation of the rooms offered on playescaperoom.es is carried out by selecting the game, date, and time, and indicating the number of players. Once the selection has been completed, the booking procedure will continue, requiring the completion of personal data and payment of the reservation.
Acceptance of the reservation implies that the user consents to the processing of personal data, including credit card details, solely for the purpose of formalizing the booking.
Once the reservation has been completed, it will be immediately confirmed by email to the address provided by the user, confirming the selected rooms.
Payment for the reservation may be made by credit card through a secure payment gateway. To do so, your card must be enabled for online transactions.
playescaperoom.es guarantees its customers the possibility of modifying their reservation provided that it is requested at least 48 hours in advance. Reservation cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
Any modification to a reservation must be communicated by sending an email to info@playescaperoom.es. If the modification is communicated with the required 48-hour notice, it may be exchanged for another equivalent reservation; however, the amount paid will not be refunded to the customer. Modifications not submitted within the required notice period prior to the reservation will not be accepted.
If the user has purchased the gift vouchers made available by playescaperoom.es, the voucher may only be redeemed within its validity period. Once expired, gift voucher redemptions will not be accepted.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
